Danae had to rewrite a simple paragraph from Excellence in Writing material I only pulled out to keep her busy while Marcus worked on all his Co-Op homework! I wanted to start it with her in the 2nd half of this year, but she surprised me by being completely capable as well as eager to do it. Instead of introducing on "dress-up" in this paragraph, we did all! She outlined, rewrote, and revised easily. I'm so blessed!
Hovering Rocks
Did you know that there are millions of bumpy rocks hovering around in our solar system? Some of them are pulled towards earth, because of earth's gravity. These projectiles brightly burn as they zoom speedily through the air. They shine like falling stars! Most are as small as a speck of sand, so most burn up before they reach our blue earth. However, a few larger ones have reached earth and left enormous craters. Don’t be concerned, only one is known to have killed a living creature. It hit a dog who was sniffing around in Egypt in 1911. My! Our atmosphere does a wonderful job of protecting us!
